The ever popular Cape Town Folk and Acoustic Music Festival is dedicated to showcasing the very best of South African music, delivering stripped down performances in an intimate concert setting. The 4th edition of the festival was held at the Baxter Theatre on the 26th July and it brought to the stage 25 local acts. The line-up featured 12 unique collaborations - Amanda Tiffin and Dave Ledbetter (Facing South), Sannie Fox and Tim Parr, Gavin Minter and James Stewart, Lucy Kruger and Shotgun Tori, Andy Lund and Emma Du Preez (Oh Mercy), Anton Goosen and Gian Groen, Gerald Clark and Guy Collins, Jeremy Olivier and Ezra,  Andrew James and Gary Thomas (Cabins in the Forest), Nick Turner and Paige Mac, Auriol Hays and Lionel Bastos, Caroline Blundell, Jonny Blundell and Julie Blundell (The Barking Family Tree).

It's almost time for another magnificent celebration of all things art. Showcasing the finest in local and international talent, the National Arts Festival is the biggest cultural celebration on the African continent, and one of the largest events of its kind in the whole world. Held every winter in the City of Saints, the National Arts Festival brings together artists, musicians, dancers, poets and performers to entertain, engage and inspire both participants and audiences alike. RAMfest, South Africa's Ultimate Rock Festival is once again set to thrill music fans across the country. Three incredible International acts fill the headline spots rocking out over 3 days in Cape Town, 2 days in Joburg and 2 single day shows in Durban. American Punk Rock outfit Rise Against, British Metalcore band Bring Me The Horizon, as well as Paul Harding and Ben The Verse from Pendulum will set our stages ablaze. Throw some stellar local acts in the mix and the RAM family can rest assured that the event will be even bigger and better than ever!

Established in 2006, White Mountain is KwaZulu-Natal’s only acoustic music festival and is known for its relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere, plentiful amenities and idyllic setting. Situated less than 200km from Durban, 400km from Johannesburg and only 25km off the N3 on tarred roads, it makes for the ideal weekend getaway and also provides easy access to a number of nearby tourist attractions, including the Midlands Meander.
